ABRASION

LINE-X industrial coatings have been laboratory tested to provide excellent levels of abrasion resistance under almost any heavy-duty condition. Some of the coatings have a high "shore D" hardness index, offering excellent impact resistance and superior tensile strength (up to 6,600 psi) resulting in excellent abrasion resistance.

LINE-X formulations outperformed many competing materials, including carbon and stainless steel, in independent ASTM friction tests.

IMPACT

LINE-X has shown high levels of impact protection under almost any heavy-duty condition according to laboratory tests. In addition, LINE-X industrial coatings remain flexible from -40 to 160 degrees Celsius, making them ideal for outdoor use where extreme temperature changes are common or indoors where very high or very low temperatures are necessary.

LINE-X industrial coatings are specifically designed to create an impenetrable barrier between your valuable equipment and the toughest elements of nature, such as exposure to high humidity, salt water or extreme temperature changes.

LINE-X spray elastomeric coatings also extend the useful life of machinery and plant equipment, especially in outdoor installations or mobile devices.

LINE-X industrial coatings are scientifically designed to provide a solution to heavy service / work environments. With their highly cross-linked composition, they are highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including caustic and nitric acids, automotive gasoline, aviation and diesel fuel, kerosene, and crude oil.
